My last weekend before going back to work = :(

So we made it fun:

WORDLESS WAY BACK WEDNESDAY

Kitty Kitty

KITTY KITTY WHERE ARE YOU?

This is Sid our cat.
We got her in late 1995 or early 1996 after we found out my dad was sick.

Yes I named my cat after my daddy! John Sid Stella ----What?!

Turns out that was the name of the bad kid in Toy Story 1 so the name was fitting in that respect. Lets just say Sid is sorta anti social. Just ask my friend Penny.

See she doesnt look real happy about this does she?

Anyway, Sid is missing. She hasnt been home in over a week. From time to time she disappears for a few days and then returns, but this trip is taking longer than her normal trips do.

Cornerstone Kids

On Wednesday Nights Todd and I along with help from our friends Beaux and Beth take the Cornerstone Kids group which consists of kids Under Junior High age.

We have quite a good group of kids. We enjoy spending a little time with them each week getting the chance to teach them more about Gods word and His ways.

This week we had a little activity outside before going into the sanctuary.

I think they enjoyed our game. Maybe they even learned a little lesson from it. That was the idea anyway.

Then inside and on to a little Kids Praise! I have said it before and I will say it again I think we adults could learn a little something about praise from them. :) -Uninhibited-

Lately we have been doing a series with videos and the kids really love them. You would not believe how still and quiet they sit while the video is playing. Even the littlest. I think they are learning a lot too.So here is your look at our Wednesday Nights!!

Little Kaitlyn Grew Up

Our niece used to be a little girl.

I remember summers she came to Vidalia to visit Todds parents. She was always so sweet. She still is.

She is all grown up now.

I enjoyed doing some Senior Portraits for her.

We worked hard. It was really hot outside! But we had a good time and I think they turned out pretty good.

I think this may be my favorite of the bunch. Maybe

She CAN actually walk in them! WOW!!!!

Praying Gods blessings on Kaitlyn as she goes into her Senior Year and on to college! Man they grow up fast!
